Terms of use

Use of the service

You must have permission to upload and transform the media you submit. Do not use Burning Bridges AI FX to impersonate people, violate intellectual property rights, or create unlawful content.

Generation availability

The homepage photo check runs in your browser. If video generation is available, signing in, uploading a portrait and submitting the video form are separate actions. The output is an approximately five-second vertical party character-swap clip based on our original source footage. The original song and music-video footage are not included.

Commercial terms

Video packs, when checkout is enabled, are one-time purchases with no subscription. A single-video pack costs $9.99 and contains one video credit; a three-video pack costs $19.99 and contains three. Purchased credits expire 365 days after purchase. One accepted video consumes one credit. A technical generation failure restores the credit. Requests about an unusable result or a payment error can be sent to the support address below for review. The amount and terms are also displayed before you confirm payment in Stripe Checkout.

Refund policy: Technical generation failures restore the video credit. Contact support@burningbridgesaifx.org for review of an unusable result or payment error; statutory refund rights are preserved.
