Photo check

The photo check on the homepage reads your selected file in your browser to inspect its format, size, and dimensions. It creates a temporary local preview. This check does not upload the photo or start video generation.

Accounts and site operation

Registration stores your email address, account credentials and session information. If you choose to generate a video, your uploaded portrait and generated video are stored in private object storage and processed by our image moderation and video generation providers. The providers receive the media needed to perform those actions. Basic server logs may be used to operate and secure the service. Google Analytics measures site visits and page use through browser identifiers. You can limit this in your browser privacy settings.

Retention: Private uploaded and generated media are scheduled for deletion after seven days. Account and order records are retained as needed for service, support, and legal obligations.

Deletion: Request account or media deletion at support@burningbridgesaifx.org. We process requests subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.

Payment information

The homepage photo check does not request payment details. If you buy a video pack, payment is handled by Stripe Checkout. We receive the payment status and order identifiers needed to grant credits and support the purchase; card details are entered with Stripe.
